Our work is reflected in the two wines that we have produced, which are constantly monitored by two oenologists.

Sirona

Our young wine is the result of a commendable coupage of the cabernet, grenache and old carinyena varieties. It has been produced in stainless steel deposits under a controlled temperature so that we can monitor its fermentation process. The carinyena variety selected for its production comes from vineyards more than 50 years old.

Assessment: With a deep ruby red and a moderated aroma, it is surprising how mild it is while opening in the mouth. With a soft flavour, a bit fruity and fleshy, it combines well with any type of meat. Earth notes, mixed with blackberry, recall the slate of the soil in which it is grown.

We are producing an aged wine in barrels made from American, French and East European oak, where it will stand two years.
