Following the family tradition, we work by hand, aiming to product a good plant. To achieve this, we have
assembled grape vines in trellises. Furthermore, we do not use residual crop products in the phytosanitary
treatments because we respect nature and the environment.
Production Process
During the three years following the 2000 plantation we prevented the vines from producting grapes in order
for them to grow strong and healthy. Once this period was over, we started to select the production aiming to
obtain a quality grape, even though this meant sacrificing some of the production.
Between the end of July and the beginning of August, when the grape begins to change colour, we start to
select it in order to achieve a balance between the weight and the quality of stocks. The harvest is handmade
by choosing the best grapes from each stock. Once complete and with the production now stored in the cellar, we
control its quality again with the Selection Table.
